Krazy Art Gallery è lieta di annunciare la ripresa delle mostre con una proposta d’eccezione: GENGA! L’anima degli anime è una raccolta di quei disegni che sono alla base della produzione di una delle forme narrative più fruita del ventesimo secolo: i cartoni animati giapponesi. Il nucleo centrale di questa mostra è estrapolato da Dragon Ball, c’è lui, Son Goku, ovviamente, ma anche Bulma, c’è Piccolo e molti altri ancora. Si parte da qui, segni precisissimi, senza esitazioni, a matita, i genga, sono l’anima invisibile del prodotto finito, i cell, cioè i fotogrammi degli anime.

Krazy Art Gallery is pleased to announce the resumption of exhibitions with an exceptional proposal: GENGA! The Soul of Anime is a collection of the drawings that form the basis of one of the most widely enjoyed narrative forms of the twentieth century: Japanese animated cartoons. The central core of this exhibition is drawn from Dragon Ball: there’s Son Goku, of course, but also Bulma, Piccolo, and many others. This is where it begins — precise, unhesitating pencil marks; the genga are the invisible soul of the finished product, the cels, meaning the frames of the anime.
